Commercial Property Solicitor - 5+ PQE - Bristol
Location: Bristol office Hybrid
Hours: Full time
Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 DOE
PQE: 5+ years
Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a respected regional law firm currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established team in Bristol. This is a permanent opportunity offering a strong client base, high-quality work, and excellent career prospects.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters and contribute to the continued growth of the department. Responsibilities include:
* Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance
* Managing transactions from instruction to completion
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting junior fee earners and contributing to team development
* Participating in networking and business development activities
* Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:
* At least 5 years' PQE in commercial property law
* Strong technical knowledge and broad experience across the sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service
* A desire to contribute to the firm's growth and success
* A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Working Arrangements
* This is a full-time role based in the Bristol office. The firm offers a supportive and inclusive working environment, with opportunities for professional development and client-facing work.
