Salary: Up to £28,000 (DOE) + Bonus
Hours: Full-time - 8:30-5:00 weekdays 8:30-12:30 Saturdays (some flexibility)

This role is with a high-end independent optical group with a reputation for style, substance, and seriously good service. We're opening a brand new, state-of-the-art store in Fulwood, and we're looking for a top-notch Optical Assistant to be one of the founding members of the team.
This is your chance to get in at the very beginning and help shape a practice the right way - focused on patient care, clinical excellence, and premium eyewear.
What You'll Do:
" Deliver warm, professional service with a premium feel
" Support pre-screening using the latest kit - OCT and Optomap
" Assist with frame styling and lens choices for our high-value clientele
" Help with day-to-day running and support the Optometrist and Dispensing Optician
" Work closely with the cluster manager (DO and acting manager) to establish practice standards and culture
We're Looking For:
" A confident and experienced Optical Assistant with leadership potential
" Someone who takes initiative and has pride in doing things properly
" Strong retail and dispensing experience in a clinical setting
" A team player who thrives in a quality-over-quantity environment
