Part-Time School Finance Assistant Location: Northampton Start Date: As soon as possible Contract Type: Temporary (1 year contract) Hours: Flexible - school hours or 2-3 full days per week We are currently looking to appoint a committed, organised, and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Assistant to join our clients school team on a temporary cover contract running until Summer 2026. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in finance or school administration to contribute to a busy and supportive school environment. The role involves a wide range of finance-related tasks, including processing orders and invoices, managing fixed assets, preparing and maintaining financial spreadsheets, and supporting the wider finance function using Access Finance software. While experience with Access Finance is preferred, training can be provided for the right candidate with strong administrative and finance experience. We are flexible with working arrangements - this role can fit around school hours or be condensed into 2-3 full days per week, depending on your availability. The position would be ideally suited to someone looking to maintain a work-life balance, especially parents or those with other part-time commitments.
