HR OFFICER MULTI-SITE MANUFACTURING Location: Castledawson Are you an experienced HR professional looking for the next step in your career? I am delighted to be supporting Northern Irelands leading door & window manufacturer in recruiting a HR Officer to deliver the full HR lifecycle across a growing, multi-site business. The Role As HR Officer, you will: Manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding and HR admin; Provide advice to managers on policies, absence, performance and ER matters; Ensure compliance with NI employment law and best practice; Support disciplinaries, grievances and investigations with robust documentation; Maintain training records, reviews and HR systems/data reporting; Act as first point of HR contact across multiple sites, building trust and credibility; Work closely with the external HR Consultant (strategic) and Directors to deliver a robust, compliant HR service. The Person CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is desirable; Broad HR generalist experience from recruitment through to exit; Sound knowledge of NI employment law and HR compliance; Strong communication and influencing skills; Organised, proactive and confident in balancing multiple priorities. Why Join? Negotiable salary up to £35,000 depending on experience. 4.5 day working week. Day-to-day responsibility for the full HR generalist remit, with strategic support from the external HR Consultant.
