We are thrilled to announce the opening of Osprey Court Care Home, a luxurious and purpose-built facility nestled in the peaceful Pitcrocknie Village. With state-of-the-art accommodation for 60 residents, we offer personalised Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite Care in a nurturing multigenerational environment designed for complete resident wellbeing.

What You'll Do
* Craft Personalised Care Plans: Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to tailor care to individual needs.
* Ensure Accuracy: Maintain detailed, compliant care records.
* Lead with Confidence: Organise and guide your care team to deliver outstanding service.
* Facilitate Seamless Handovers: Maintain clear communication between shifts.
* Health Monitoring: Perform routine checks and respond to health changes.
* Administer Medications: Ensure safe, precise medication management.
* Build Relationships: Foster strong bonds with residents, families, and colleagues.
* Promote Independence: Encourage autonomy while supporting daily living activities.
* Act on Feedback: Continuously adapt to meet residents' evolving needs.
* Champion Respect and Dignity: Advocate for residents' preferences and individuality.
* Encourage Engagement: Create a vibrant community through social activities.
* Ensure Safety: Maintain a secure, health-conscious environment.
* Support Nutrition: Monitor hydration and nutrition, advocating for healthy choices.
* Emergency Response: Stay prepared for swift action and reflective improvements.
About You
* Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN): Active NMC Nursing PIN required.
* Passionate Caregiver: You bring warmth, understanding, and empathy to every interaction.
* Natural Leader: Guiding your team with clarity and respect is second nature.
* Strong Communicator: Whether with residents, families, or team members, you communicate with confidence and care.
