Senior Civil Engineer, TipTopJob – Edinburgh

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will take ownership of civil infrastructure design across residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments. Responsibilities include:
* Deliver drainage and civil infrastructure designs from concept through to approval
* Prepare Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategy reports
* Design adoptable and private drainage systems to S104 standards
* Support infrastructure layouts and levels design
* Coordinate with planners, architects and environmental teams
* Review and check technical outputs from junior engineers
* Contribute to project delivery, programme and client relationships
Candidate Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Strong UK consultancy experience in drainage and infrastructure design
* Proven experience with Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies
* Proficient with AutoCAD and drainage software such as InfoDrainage
* Confident communicator with a collaborative working style
