Customer Care Operative Required Defect Repairs- A1 M1 Corridor Up to £45K Van Package Invision are currently representing a leading Construction company who are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operative to carry out warranty repairs on new build properties. Key Duties: Liaising directly with the aftercare / customer service teams in relation to defects that require immediate repairs and response. Experienced in repairing defects, which includes (but not limited to): carpentry work, doors, kitchens, plumbing and pipework, wall and floor tiling and all concrete repair work and minor roof repairs Carrying out repairs of defects within occupied buildings and live environments. Liaising with the Customer service teams, updating them on progress of works carried out. Carrying out repairs of defective work with the high possible regards to health and safety, ensuring compliance to health and safety at all times. Ensure works are completed as soon as possible on the first visit, if this is not possible then liaise with the customer service teams in order to draft in a specialist if required. Communicating with client representatives in a polite and professional manner. Upholding the image of the company maintaining a professional and smart appearance at all times. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience. Working for a national housebuilder / developer would be advantageous Professional etiquette and appearance.
