Experience & Expertise
* Proven experience in strategic learning and capability roles, ideally within complex, matrixed organisations.
* Deep subject matter expertise in one or more domains (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Service, Functions, Management Development).
* Strong track record of designing scalable development solutions with measurable impact (Kirkpatrick Level 3 & 4).
* Experience influencing senior stakeholders and shaping investment decisions in learning and capability. Skills & Competencies

Lead Management Development capability assessments to identify current and future skill, behaviour, and mindset requirements.
Translate business strategy into capability priorities and development opportunities.
