Graduate Development Programme (GDP) —a structured, accredited 2-year journey that will transform you from graduate to fully competent engineer in the nuclear technology sector.

2 years of structured training
across multiple UK and European sites
Accredited by IMechE (MPDS)
– designed to meet the training requirements of
IET and IMechE
Personal Mentorship & Coaching
throughout your development
Support to achieve Chartered Engineer status
Exposure to departments
including Engineering, R&D, Safety, Plant Ops, Manufacturing & Commercial
Real engineering projects
using the latest design and modelling tools
Cross-functional learning & international experience
? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking ambitious, talented, and adaptable future engineers who:
Are in their
final year of an appropriate degree
(e.g. Electronic or Control Systems Engineering)
Are on track to achieve a
2:1 or higher
Have some
work experience, volunteering, or practical application
of skills
Have
strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Are
flexible and open
to
international assignments
in the future
Are
IT literate
across various engineering software tools
(Bonus) Can speak
French, Dutch, or German
– this is a plus!
