What you’ll be doing:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of this busy pub. Your role will include:
5. Leading and motivating a small wet-led bar team
6. Overseeing pub operations from 11.00am to midnight, 7 days a week
7. Managing stock, cash handling, and daily service standards
8. Working closely with the owner to drive the business forward
