About the Role
As our Automotive Programme Lead, you’ll be at the heart of delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes. Based across Leicester and Wolverhampton (with occasional UK travel), you’ll:
*
Deliver engaging training—classroom, remote, and workshop-based
*
Lead and mentor delivery teams to ensure exceptional standards
*
Shape curriculum planning and manage resources
*
Build strong partnerships with employers to meet KPIs and SLAs
*
Monitor performance, support apprentices, and proactively improve outcomes
Who We’re Looking For
You're an experienced automotive professional who’s as passionate about coaching as you are about cars. You’ll bring:

Recognised qualifications in automotive, teaching/training, and safeguarding
*
Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards and end-point assessments
*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire learners
*
A data-driven mindset with strong programme management skills
*
Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement
*
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
