We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Planning Coordinator to join our Enterprise Planning (EP) team on a fixed‑term basis of up to 12 months. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in supporting the development of a new and evolving function at the heart of our organisation.
About the role
No two days will be the same in this dynamic position. Working closely with the Head of Enterprise Planning, you’ll help shape and embed new processes and ways of working across the team. From coordinating meetings and drafting agendas, to developing dashboards and supporting governance activities, you’ll be central to ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll also support the establishment of a highly effective team environment—facilitating communication, coordinating team activities, and tracking progress as the function evolves. In addition, you’ll provide high‑quality administrative support, including diary management and travel arrangements. You will contribute to the development of enterprise‑wide planning and governance. You’ll help build strong foundations, ensuring colleagues have clarity, access to the right tools and information, and the confidence to deliver effectively.

What you’ll bring
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working with a range of stakeholders
* High proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and handling confidential information
* Experience supporting boards or committees, with an understanding of governance within a voluntary or charitable context
* Ability to work with ambiguity and support colleagues through change
* Experience in process development and continuous improvement
* Ideally, experience in change management and communications
