£32,000 - £42,000 + Uncapped commission

The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Sales Engineer to join a forward-thinking and growing business.
This role focuses on developing and managing service and maintenance contracts, working closely with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling inbound maintenance and service enquiries
* Quoting and selling maintenance/service agreements
* Coordinating engineers for planned and reactive work
* Sourcing and pricing parts from suppliers
* Developing and driving new maintenance contract opportunities
* Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
What Were Looking For
* Experience in selling service or maintenance agreements (highly advantageous)
* Background in conveyors or material handling (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities
* Proactive and self-motivated approach
Package
* £32,000 £38,000 (mid-level)
* £38,000 - 42,000 (experienced candidates)
* Uncapped commission
* Monday to Friday (8:00am 4:30pm)
* 22 days holiday + bank holidays
