CAR SHARE / TRANSPORT MAY BE AVAILABLE ACCOMMODATION MAY BE AVAILABLE We are looking for a highly organised, customer focused person to carry out the day to day management of our FRONT OF HOUSE RESTAURANT TEAM in our award-winning Loch Fyne Oyster Bar. Key responsibilities will be to oversee service standards, operational efficiency, guest experience, plus the day to day management of the Front of House Restaurant Team, including the organisation and delegation of the Team's weekly rotas, as well as involvement with the menu planning. The role also involves the development of the Front of House Team to achieve their goals, optimising performance and profitability. The successful candidate needs to have previous management experience, including budgetary and resource planning, excellent customer service and communication skills, be organised and business focused, with the ability to work in a busy restaurant environment. Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role would be beneficial, with food allergen and hygiene understanding/awareness. BENEFITS: 28 days holiday per annum (pro-rata).
