Key Responsibilities Reception Duties: Take pride in the look and feel of the Studio, ensuring the reception space is always immaculate and presentable. Be the first point of contact for each Studio, ensuring all guests and clients are greeted warmly and guided to the appropriate spaces and the relevant in-house team are alerted. Manage all incoming calls, directing to the appropriate Studio. Manage the Studio inbox, directing to the appropriate Studio. Manage all incoming post and distribute accordingly. Liaise and communicate with the cleaning staff regularly. Assist the Studio Managers with Studio event set-ups. Client Duties Support the Studios with ordering, collecting, and setting up meals & refreshments for meetings and events. Support with the AV setup in our Canteen or meeting rooms. Support with booking reservations at restaurants for internal or external meetings. General Duties Assist the Studio teams with maintaining general upkeep and maintenance of the wider Studio. Support with coordinating all Studio travel arrangements (for staff and clients as required). Assist with building management and maintenance, creating great relationships with the Studio teams throughout the building. Support with overseeing Studio stock management across the Studios and making reoccurring orders as and when needed. Build strong relationships with each Studio. Assistance with meeting room organisation and scheduling. Supporting the setting up and management of any larger and/or Studio wide meetings in the canteen. Ensuring building access for staff and guests are granted at all times, i.e. ensuring staff passes are added, replaced and cancelled where relevant. Watering plants across the three Studios. General assistance to Studio Managers as and when required. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Professional, approachable, and friendly manner with good interpersonal skills. An interest in our industry sectors. Excellent telephone manner. Ability to multi-task and prioritise. Remains calm and deliberate under conditions of pressure. Team player, with collaborative working style. Well-presented, smart appearance. A passion for studio culture and forming ideas for studio events. An interest in our industry sectors. Trained in health and safety is desirable. Essential Experience Previous reception preferably in the creative sector or an upscale hospitality background.
