What You’ll Need Essential: Experience working in analytics, data science, or a related function, with evidence of delivering results. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and visualisation using open source libraries. Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering answers, not just analysis. Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments with a strong sense of ownership. A numerate degree (e.g. Maths, Stats, Engineering, Computer Science). Desirable: Experience using Databricks or working in a cloud-based environment like Azure. Exposure to MLOps, version control, or productionising models. Experience working with Jira and Confluence in an Agile environment is advantageous.
