We’re searching for someone who:
Has 5+ years’ London experience in Prime / Super Prime residential
Is confident with Red Book valuations
Writes exceptional, client-ready reports (UHNW standard)
Understands building pathology inside out
Is commercially aware and relationship-driven
Thrives with autonomy and accountability

You’ll be:
• Delivering pre-purchase surveys & defect investigations
• Advising UHNW clients, solicitors & private banks
• Helping shape internal processes and standards
• Operating in a performance-driven, high-volume environment
• Playing a pivotal role in scaling a serious residential advisory business
