Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead the analysis, conversion, and upgrading of existing training content in line with evolving requirements. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Gap Analysis (TGA) using the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and JSP822 framework. Collaborate with internal project teams and MoD stakeholders to ensure alignment with current technical specifications, training standards and operational needs. Develop uplifted training materials in accordance with company and MoD policies. Potentially take on a team lead role for designated work packages. Required Skills And Experience Demonstrated expertise in DSAT methodology and JSP822 application. Strong background in Defence training analysis, design, and development. Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and instructional design teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
