The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction. This role is responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relationships, overseeing account management activities, and negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and maintaining high standards of client engagement within the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the lead point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts.
* Build and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships.
* Oversee customer account management, including contract negotiation and agreement execution.
* Maximize profit through effective account strategies and negotiations.
* Ensure client needs are met with timely and professional solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored services and support.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in account management or a related client-facing role.
* Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
* Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
* Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
* Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
* Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
