Responsibilities
* Organise and maintain diaries, appointments and meetings for the Director, ensuring he is well‑prepared.
* Arrange travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travel with the Leadership Team to provide note‑taking or general assistance during presentations.
* Support event management – booking, organising off‑site events and business communication activities.
* Handle incoming email, often corresponding on behalf of the Director, screen enquiries and requests and respond appropriately.
* Meet and greet visitors, liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
* Devise and maintain office systems, including procurement and expense procedures.
* Carry out background research, produce briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Skills & Qualifications
* Background as a Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably in Financial Services.
* Exceptional senior stakeholder skills and a proven track record of effective interaction with senior management and external partners.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Teams.
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
* Strong research, analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to present material clearly and concisely.
* Independence, discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
