About this Position

As our HR Processes Specialist, you'll own the operational backbone of our UK HR function, keeping payroll accurate, our people data clean, and our systems running smoothly. You'll be the go‑to expert for our HRIS, payroll processes, lead digital improvement initiatives, and support the roll‑out of exciting local, regional and global initiatives. This is a hands‑on role for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in well‑designed processes and takes pride in getting the detail right.

What You’ll Do

* Provide UK payroll support end‑to‑end: data preparation, checks and committing monthly payrolls with support from a shared services centre team.
* Manage Time & Attendance data in Dayforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Serve as the primary HRIS super‑user and lead on HR digitalisation projects.
* Build and deliver regular and ad hoc HR reports, translating data into actionable insight.
* Resolve employee queries across a range of HR topics, escalating where appropriate.
* Maintain governance and compliance across all HR processes, aligned to UK legislation and internal policy.
* Drive continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and proposing better ways of working.
* Provide cluster support on other countries payrolls and projects as required.

What Makes You a Good Fit

* Solid experience in HR operations, payroll or a generalist HR support role.
* Strong grasp of HR compliance, governance, and process management.
* Hands‑on experience with an HRIS platform; Workday/Dayforce experience is an advantage.
* Confident working with data, strong Excel skills and comfortable with reporting tools.
* A digital‑first mindset: you’re drawn to automation, AI, systems optimisation, and smarter ways of working.
* Clear communication skills and confidence working in virtual/hybrid team environments.
* A degree desirable and/or relevant experience in HR, Business, Data, or a related field.

Some Perks of Joining Henkel

* Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model, and work from anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year.
* Diverse national and international growth opportunities.
* Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programmes.
* Gender‑neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks.
* Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares.
* Performance bonus / incentives.
* Competitive Pension & Life Assurance – company contributes up to 10% of basic salary.
* Annual Leave: 27 days plus 8 Bank Holidays.
* Celebration vouchers.
