We are seeking Teaching Assistants for a specialist secondary provision supporting young people with complex needs as they prepare for adult life.
This role offers excellent training, strong team support, and clear long-term career pathways.
Responsibilities
* Supporting classroom learning and therapy-based activities
* Helping students develop communication and life skills
* Supporting emotional wellbeing and behaviour management
* Working collaboratively with teaching and support teams
Training & Career Pathways
* Funded apprenticeship qualification
* Ongoing practical and theoretical training
* Behaviour support training included
* Progression to Senior TA and HLTA roles
Candidate Profile
* Patient, resilient, and adaptable
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Confident supporting complex behaviours
* Willingness to support personal care needs
Salary & Benefits
* £20,225 – £21,037 (pro rata, term-time only)
* Progression to £21,851+ following qualification
* £1,000 retention bonus
