The Role
The Project Assistant will suit a recent Graduate with a strong interest in Finance & Banking, with ideally some previous office or corporate environment experience.
The Project Assistant (Banking Operations) work closely with the COO and Senior Operations Manager, providing well organised administrative and project support in a timely manner helping to manage and maintain the Banking Outsourcing framework.
The Project Assistant (Banking Operations) is to work on a one-to-one basis on various tasks in relation to the Private Banking & Operations manager's project / work-streams regarding Outsourcing and communication. You be exposed to sensitive information and must show significant understanding, discretion and judgement.
The Project Assistant will be accountable for the management of information and Private Banking business reporting as well as liaising with senior decision makers in both UK and Europe to deliver outputs.
The Project Assistant will create meeting invites and agendas, own their project workstreams and be responsible for minute taking and action tracking.
The Project Assistant (Banking Operations) is to produce and maintain Governance submissions, files and records and itineraries/programmes for internal meetings upon request.
The Project Assistant is also expected to complete ad-hoc tasks when we required such as updating of distribution lists and any other requirements by Private Banking Managers.
The Candidate
A Recent Graduate – Finance or Numerical degree

Experience using Excel & Microsoft Office Suite - beneficial
