Infrastructure Engineer Hemel Hempstead Hybrid working £60,000 to £70,000 DXP Talent is hiring for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing, market leading business in Hemel Hempstead as they embark on an Azure Transformation. The Lead Infrastructure Engineer will be working as part of a small (but growing) team to run and deliver projects as we look to move to a more modern platform and away from their existing on-prem set up. You will also be involved in day to day BAU support. You'll be involved in projects from the get go and will work closely with the Senior Management Team to discuss strategy and process in shaping the IT environment moving forward (the role is Infrastructure delivery/support rather than Design or Architectural). As the team grows, you'll be the escalation point for the Support Team with the possibility of growing into a leadership position.
