Salary: Grade 3 SCP 4-6 (£25,185 - £25,989) Pro Rata

Hours: Part time - 21 hours per week – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 8.30 – 4pm, 39 weeks Term Time

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking to appoint a well-organised school administrative assistant with good literacy and numeracy skills, who can assist the admin support officer in our busy school office 3 days a week.

The school office is the hub of our happy and friendly school community and the successful candidate must have good communication skills and offer the ability to work well as part of a large team.

The successful candidate will need to be professional, patient and polite in dealing with daily enquiries and requests from staff, pupils, parents and visitors. The successful candidate will also need to be confident in using ICT on a daily basis. Our admin assistant plays an important role in managing our school website, along with inputting and analysing daily attendance information (registers) and school meal orders, as well as the arrangement of educational visits and the ordering and cataloguing of school resources. The role requires the ability to move around the site as part of daily duties.
