This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Loughborough office with hybrid and flexible working. Your new roleAs an Installations Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering complex installation projects with precision and accountability. Acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll ensure operational integrity, financial discipline and compliance across all project phases. Your responsibilities will include: Managing project lifecycle documentation and governanceOverseeing logistics, fleet and accommodation planningMonitoring financial performance, cost control and invoicing processesReviewing RAMS, ITPs and handover documentation to meet client and regulatory standardsDriving continuous improvement and supporting team development. This is a dynamic role where your leadership and organisational skills will directly impact commercial success and operational excellence. What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will bring: Proven experience managing installation teams within construction and/or civil engineeringStrong knowledge of RAMS, health & safety compliance and operational standardsAbility to interpret and monitor project financials and support cost controlExcellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindsetFull UK driving licence.
