What youll be doing
1. Play a central role in delivering and promoting Dalkia Scotlands Quality Management System (QMS)
2. Ensure compliance with Dalkia and client quality requirements across the full project lifecycle
3. Work collaboratively with bid, commercial, operational and project teams
4. Support multiple live projects, from tender through construction, handover and aftercare
5. Develop and implement effective project-specific quality controls
6. Maintain and manage core quality documentation including ITPs, ITFs, QSOs and QHPs
7. Support project teams with quality planning, documentation and evidence capture
8. Assist with supply chain onboarding to ensure quality expectations are understood and met
9. Carry out site-based quality inspections, desktop reviews and formal audits
10. Use digital platforms such as Trimble Fieldview to support quality reporting and assurance
