Fulfilment Shift Leader - Clevedon Superstore
Pay rate starts from £14.76 an hour; increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, or a minimum of 12 hours for those who prefer fewer hours.
Availability Window
* Sunday: 06:00 – 14:00
* Monday: 15:15 – 19:30
* Tuesday: 15:15 – 19:30
* Wednesday: 06:00 – 19:30
Responsibilities
* Work in a fast‑paced retail environment where no day is the same.
* Take ownership of activities by coordinating a team to deliver.
* Continuously look for ways to improve service through on‑the‑job coaching and feedback.
* Understand how the team is performing and deliver practical actions to drive improvement.
* Ensure the area remains a safe place to work and shop with your guidance.
Qualifications
* Ability to role‑model great, natural customer service ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
* Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit and encourage them to be at their best.
* Clear communicator using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
* Confidence in taking the lead when needed.
* Flexible thinking, efficient decision‑making and effective handling of change to serve customers and colleagues.
