Salary: Basic Salary up to £35,230.00

We are seeking an experienced pub chef to join our kitchen as a Sous Chef. Our establishment serves great pub food and is continuously building upon its reputation. As a hands-on second chef, you'll enjoy the vibrant kitchen environment, lead from the front, support the Head Chef, and motivate an already established team.
About You:
* Respectful of team members
* Take pride in cleanliness and kitchen management, maintaining our 5-star standards
* Creative, with input on specials boards
* Customer-focused
* Knowledgeable about stock reports and eager to learn more
* Motivates and inspires the team
* Enjoys helping others learn, including supporting younger members with NVQs
* Experience with both big pub companies and independent establishments, understanding the importance of consistency and identity
* Innovative, with an eye on market trends
* Familiar with SFBB and COSHH regulations
* Holds a current Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
