As a Multi-Site Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping extraordinary care running smoothly across multiple locations. Working closely with Branch Care Managers, you’ll support carers, customers and the wider community, ensuring every visit is well-planned, every team member feels supported, and every customer receives care they can truly rely on. What you’ll do Support multiple Branch Care Managers to deliver exceptional care across your assigned locations. Coordinate care schedules across sites, ensuring carers are allocated effectively and customers receive consistent, high-quality support. Build strong relationships across branches, providing flexible support where it’s most needed. Complete supervisions and observations on time, helping carers develop and maintain excellent practice. Support recruitment and onboarding across multiple branches, strengthening overall capacity and resilience. Review and update care plans to ensure they reflect each customer’s needs, preferences and wellbeing. Identify opportunities to support growth across locations, contributing to local engagement and commercial success. Champion excellent customer service, ensuring every interaction feels thoughtful and kind. What you’ll bring A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (or willingness to work towards it). Experience in the care sector, ideally in a supervisory or coordination role. Confidence working across multiple sites or teams, with strong organisational skills. A good understanding of CQC/CIW regulatory standards and best practice. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, with flexibility to travel between locations. Strong communication skills, confidence in decision-making and a supportive, people-first approach.
