We are a 365-day service due to the nature of our work. Rotas are given in advance.

We seek nurturing and supportive individuals who can provide high levels of therapeutic care and help children achieve positive outcomes.
Woodside Farm is a two-bed service offering immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support. Over a 12-week placement, young people receive security, support, and stabilization in a nurturing environment in rural Shifnal. Each placement follows the PACE principle, providing residential care, access to education, and outdoor activities.

Estimated salary is based on a pay rate of £12.75 to £13.75 per hour for days, plus sleep nights (~12 per month at £60 each).
Requirements:
Experience in children's residential care (highly desirable)
Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
Experience in care, education, mental health support, or youth activities (essential)
UK Full driving license (essential)
Right to work in the UK without restrictions (essential)
Values aligned with Esland’s, including a therapeutic, person-centred approach
Interest in outdoor and adventure activities (essential)
Applicants must be aged 21 or above (industry regulation)
