Remote Work
This is a hybrid role. 3 days a week you will be working from our Bourne End office (Dukes Meadow, Millboard Rd, SL8 5XF). Please ensure this is a commutable distance for you.
Responsibilities
* Collaborating with marketing and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
* Support ongoing website optimisation work through A/B testing, data analysis using personalisation and analytics software.
* Managing and implementing digital content changes using our CMS (Adobe Experience Manager).
* Creating and maintaining project documentation, defining acceptance criteria, and running workshops.
* Coordinating QA, testing, and deployment activities to ensure smooth roll-outs.
* Working closely with product owners, developers, and Scrum Masters to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
* A BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, technology, or a related field, and/or a relevant certification.
* An experienced professional with 5+ years in a relevant role (such as a Digital Business Analyst, Project Manager, or a technically-focused Digital Marketer).
* Proven experience managing digital content and webpages using Content Management Systems (CMS).
* Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and issue-tracking/project management software.
* A strong background working in agile environments with scrum masters, product owners, and developers.
* Working experience with Adobe Experience Manager, JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Analytics and/or Salesforce will be an advantage.
