We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our busy Business Operations team.
This is a hybrid role based at one of our office locations: Bristol, Newcastle, Leeds, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or London.
The Operations Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Business Operations team at Scott Logic, providing first-line support. This role is responsible for ensuring daily operations are completed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the smooth functioning of the business. You will build internal relationships to improve the day-to-day experience of staff by resolving system issues quickly.
Required experience:
* Experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and an organized approach
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Interest in business operations and eagerness to learn new systems and processes
* Analytical mindset with basic problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Familiarity with professional services operations or project-based environments
* Experience with CRM or PSA systems
* Basic understanding of business data and reporting
