The Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations and marketing efforts of the company. You'll work closely with the Director, helping with property administration, marketing, and general office duties. We encourage team members to bring new ideas, take initiative, and contribute to improving how we work.
A full driving licence is essential for occasional travel to properties or meetings.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out property-related administration, including updating records, drafting correspondence, and preparing contracts.
* Update and maintain property schedules and client data rooms.
* Create and update property brochures and marketing materials.
* Manage and schedule social media content for company platforms.
* Update and maintain the company website with current property listings and news.
* Organise and maintain the director's diary.
* Prepare and send invoices; assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors professionally and efficiently.
* Suggest improvements, take initiative, and contribute ideas to enhance workflows and marketing.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
* Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for business use.
* Experience updating websites (WordPress or similar) is an advantage.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
* Full driving licence (essential).
