We're offering a £45,000 basic salary with an OTE of £65,000, plus a fantastic range of company benefits including a company car, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, preferential service rates, and access to Dale Carnegie training to support your personal and professional development Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of processes to consistently exceed manufacturer national averages in customer satisfaction. Monitor and manage departmental costs in alignment with the business plan, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service are maintained. Ensure accurate and consistent collection of customer data in accordance with Group policies and compliance standards. Uphold and enforce manufacturer guidelines and standards at all times. Maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organized working environment for all team members. Oversee and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support to drive individual and collective success. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record within the role, you must have previous experience within a similar role. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus, to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values as well as, strong communication and organisational skills.
