As a Picker & Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing products according to order specifications. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where efficiency, reliability, and precision are critical.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders with accuracy and speed.
* Operate handheld scanners and follow digital picking instructions.
* Check products for quality, quantity, and condition.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
* Ensure packaging is secure and meets shipment requirements.
* Work collaboratively with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
* Follow company policies and health & safety standards at all times.
* Participate in basic inventory checks and stock management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Good physical stamina – able to lift, bend, stand, and walk for long periods.
* Basic understanding of warehouse safety and procedures.
* Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
Experience
* Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Full training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
Working Hours
* Full-Time: 40–48 hours per week.
* Shift Patterns: Day shifts, evening shifts, weekend rotations available.
* Overtime available during peak periods (paid additionally).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with scanning devices or warehouse management systems is a plus.
* Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility.
* Good communication and time-management skills.
* Ability to follow safety instructions and operational guidelines consistently.
