Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Boutique Store Manager position based in Morningside, Edinburgh. The Boutique Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising to ensure a welcoming and well-organised shopping environment. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing sales goals, handling retail loss prevention, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The manager will also drive team motivation and contribute to achieving business objectives. Building and maintaining a strong network in the Edinburgh area through partnerships and networking events is a key responsibility in this role.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day store operations
* Supervise staff, manage inventory, and conduct visual merchandising
* Provide excellent customer service and manage sales goals
* Handle retail loss prevention and ensure store security

Qualifications
* Experience in Customer Service and a strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction
* Strong Communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both team members and customers
* Proven experience in Store Management or Supervising level, including team leadership and operational oversight
* Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention and strategies to ensure effective store security
* Ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and manage inventory effectively
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or a related field is a plus
* Familiarity and passion for fashion retail are highly desirable
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
