Dumper Driver We’re looking for an experienced Dumper Driver to join our groundworks and civil engineering team. This role is key to supporting daily site operations, moving materials efficiently, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate forward-tipping dumpers safely and efficiently across active sites. Load, transport, and tip materials as directed by the site supervisor. Work closely with groundworkers and plant operators to support daily operations. Carry out daily pre-start checks and report any plant defects immediately. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. Assist with general groundworks or external works when required. Follow all site health and safety procedures and instructions. Essential Requirements: Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper ticket (NPORS must be CSCS-affiliated with hologram). Valid CSCS card. Proven experience operating dumpers safely on active construction or groundworks sites. Good understanding of site safety and traffic management. Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team. Desirable: Additional tickets for Roller, 360 Excavator, or Telehandler. Experience assisting with drainage or external works. 3 years’ experience in groundworks or civil engineering. General Expectations: Punctual, professional, and safety-conscious. Able to follow instructions and support site programmes. Works well alongside other trades and operatives. Must have the right to work in the UK.
