What Youll Do Lead, support and inspire our Clinical Team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care. Provide clinical supervision and guidance, helping others develop and shine. Hold a small caseload, delivering trauma-informed therapy and specialist interventions. Shape and deliver training that builds confidence, skill and understanding across our teams. Strong grounding in trauma-informed approaches. Skills: Excellent safeguarding knowledge, confident in risk assessment, and well-versed in therapeutic frameworks. Clear communicator and able to work flexibly. Qualifications: Masters-level therapy qualification and registration with BACP / UKCP / HCPC.
