We are currently recruiting for a Transport Sales Administrator, based in Corpach, Fort William. The successful applicant would be welcomed as part of our accounts team. This is a full time, permanent role.
Duties will include:
* Processing of invoices
* Maintaining and updating customer information on Sage
* Updating and maintaining spreadsheet data, reports & systems as required
* Various additional duties as necessary as part of the accounts team
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking team member with great attention to detail and accuracy. The successful applicant will be required to work under pressure in a busy office environment and have the ability to multitask. A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages is required. Experience with Sage would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.
