A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Implement and supervise the adherence of Quality Management System (15 Global Quality Standards) and Quality BASICS
Monitor and analyse Quality metrics, investigate non-conformances and create & execute actions plans
Conduct internal audits as set out by the Quality Manager to include, daily line Audits, Weekly Audits and any other requests
Ensure adherence to customer quality requirements in line with DPDHL policy
