Senior Campaign Analyst
Hybrid - 1 day a week in the office.
A leading organisation in the financial services sector is seeking a Senior Campaign Analyst to join their CRM and customer communications team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in campaign data analysis, audience segmentation, and performance evaluation. The successful candidate will help deliver insight-led communications that improve customer engagement and campaign performance, supporting strategic goals during a time of transformation and change.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimise audience selections for marketing and servicing campaigns across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail
* Analyse campaign results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve future performance
* Support and mentor a junior analyst within the team
* Collaborate with teams across CRM, Data Science, Product, and Technology, as well as external CRM technology partners
* Ensure accurate and timely campaign execution through structured planning and reporting processes
* Drive continuous improvement by proposing and implementing enhancements to campaign processes and data usage
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in data analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign performance reporting
* Familiarity with data tools such as SAS, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
* Exposure to CRM platforms
* Previous experience in financial services or regulated sectors
