The Role
Prestolee Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a proactive, organised, and approachable Office Manager to join our dedicated team at Hollingworth Primary School. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent administrative and interpersonal skills to play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of our school.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and effective communicator, able to manage a wide range of responsibilities in a busy school office environment. Prior experience in a school setting is desirable, but not essential.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience in administration, ideally within a school or education setting
* Demonstrates excellent organisational and time management skills
* Has a high standard of literacy, numeracy, and ICT competency
* Can confidently manage school office systems and procedures
* Is approachable, professional, and confident when dealing with parents, staff, pupils, and external agencies
* Can work effectively as part of a team and independently
* Is flexible, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
* Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding in a school setting
