Responsibilities
* Lead grooming appointments with precision and personal touch
* Communicate with pet owners and provide top‑quality customer service
* Support team growth with comprehensive training and development opportunities
Qualifications
* Experienced dog grooming, from bathing and drying to breed‑specific styling and finishing
* Hold a recognised grooming qualification
* Customer‑focused with a friendly, professional approach
* Flexible and reliable – able to work a variable schedule across six days a week (minimum 24 hours/week)
* Team‑oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced retail environment
* Goal‑driven with target‑led experience (preferred but not essential)
