Job Title: Lettings & Property Coordinator

Location: St. Neots (PE19)

Salary: £25,000+ car allowance + perks

Hours: Full time, 5 days a week (need to be available to work on Saturdays)

The Role

We don't just want someone to "do the job" — we want someone who loves being part of a new-wave lettings agency that feels more like a high-energy family brand than a 9–5. If you're ambitious, hard-worker, and want a workplace where you aren't just a number, you'll love it here.

As a Lettings & Property Coordinator you'll be the heartbeat of the office, making sure everything runs smoothly from first enquiry to happy tenant move-in and beyond.

Day-to-day you'll:

Handle the phones.

Deal with enquiries and carry out viewings.

Handle tenant applications, referencing, and paperwork.

Responsible of tenant onboarding, move-ins/outs and check-ins.

Support the Directors with repairs, renewals, and admin tasks.

Carry out Inventories, Check-outs and Property inspections with our in-house tech. (no experience required)

Keep the information in our CRM updated.

What We're Looking For:

Brilliant organiser who loves ticking things off.

People person — warm, professional, great communicator.

Comfortable with basic tech/computer (we'll train you on the tools).

Experience in lettings/property manager required but attitude and energy are key.
