Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: West Midlands, West Midlands, Walsall Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours. No hybrid working Rate: £450 - £500 Per day Job Duties: Manage all financial aspects of a light civils project Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects Conduct risk assessments and advise on contractual matters Monitor and report on project financial progress Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor RICS or CIOB accreditation Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying Experience in managing commercial projects in civils sector.
