We are looking for a Senior Dynamics Developer to join a small Microsoft Consultancy operating out of the Midlands. With a focus on key clients, and new projects this is a very exciting time t join a new company.
As the Senior D365 Solution Developer you will make technical contributions to D365 projects, ensuring successful delivery of tailored solutions for both new and existing Customers. In addition, you will collaborate with the NFP Product Manager to define and implement the IP product roadmap.
* Design, Develop and implementD365 solutions for new and existing Customers.
* Develop and customize D365 applications including workflows, plugins and custom code using C# or JavaScript.
* Build and configure PowerApps, Power Automate Flows, and other PowerPlatform solutions.
* Work with Azure Services to integrate with D365 Solutions.
* Execute deployments ensuring adherence to version control and deployment processes.
* Conduct unit testing, peer reviews and code reviews.
* Translate customer requirements into Functional and Technical specifications.
* Ensure all solution architect, development and testing tasks adhere to Development and Information Security policies and procedures.
* Work with the IP Product Manager to deliver and maintain NFP Solutions used across the customer base.
* Provide technical support for existing D365 solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Create, maintain, and update documentation, adhering to Development standards, including specifications and release notes.
* Collaborate with solution architects and functional consultants to deliver projects on time and on budget.
* Work within development quality targets which may change from time to time in line with business need.
* Consult with Development manager to provide mentoring to less experienced team members to provide insight into D365/ PowerPlatform development techniques and ensuring adherence to coding standards and processes.
* Provide support to the Sales and marketing teams to aid the sales and delivery of D365 solutions.
* Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Power Platform updates to support CSI.
* Travel to customer sites as required to support implementation.

* Experience of working with D365 applications including; sales application functionality, marketing application functionality, customer service application functionality, portals setup and configuration
