If so, Travis Perkins is currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Analyst.
This role will be to manage and coordinate the work of the data analytics team to deliver insight and campaign data to the marketing & digital team, and customer KPI metrics to the wider business.
This role is hybrid, so travel to our Travis Perkins head office in Northampton is usually required once or twice a week!
The successful candidate will produce analysis to measure the effectiveness of all marketing activities, helping to shape future campaigns and ensure effective customer targeting.
They will interrogate data and trends to highlight areas of concern, and use customer data to drive sales and margin performance for the company.
Insights on marketing campaigns will be provided with recommendations for future initiatives.
Through effective people and priority management, ensure the smooth delivery of insight and campaign data.
Develop the customer dashboard shared across the business, aligning finance and marketing data.
Support the marketing team with campaign selections and BAU processes, following GDPR principles.
Research and apply new analytical techniques to enhance insight and personalization for customers.
Use SQL and Google Sheets for data delivery, with potential use of Python.
What you’ll need to know:
* Degree in a numerate subject
* Experience in a volume customer industry (e.g., retail)
* Budget management skills
* Proficiency with data software to interrogate information
* Experience presenting to multiple stakeholders
* Project management skills
* Knowledge of data structures, including data lakes
* Effective communication at all levels
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to interpret briefs and propositions
