About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team at Royvon Esher. Working closely with the General Manager and the Reception Team, you will play a key role in delivering the very best customer experience.
This is a front-of-house position where you will be welcoming guests and their dogs, managing bookings, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects Royvon's values:

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a first-class customer experience in line with Royvon's values.
* Provide clear, high-quality, and ethical communication to customers (prospective, current, and returning).
* Welcome guests at reception, including booking dogs in and out, ensuring accurate records and a warm, reassuring process.
* Support and train colleagues on Royvon systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Promote excellence in communication across the Royvon Esher team.
* Assist with resolving potential issues to minimise complaints.
* Liaise with the Dog Care and Training Teams to enhance customer experience and support sales processes.
Working Hours
* You will be required to work each Monday, 8am–5pm.
* There may also be opportunities for extra hours during the week, including remote/home-based work where suitable.
What We're Looking For
* Confident and comfortable around dogs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in a busy environment, balancing desk-based computer work with face-to-face customer service.
* Organised, reliable, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service.
* Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience is an advantage (training provided).
