We're now looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join our team and support our continued growth across Kent and South London.
The Role
As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you'll handle reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and small works across commercial and residential properties in Kent and South London. While your main focus will be fire alarm systems, experience in access control and CCTV is highly desirable.
Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled engineer with a strong background in fire detection systems, comfortable working independently and across multiple sites. You’re customer-focused, reliable, and have great communication and time-management skills. A full UK manual driving licence is essential, and you should be located within easy reach of the Kent/London area.
️ Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience with fire detection equipment: conventional, addressable & wireless systems
Working knowledge of panels such as Advanced, C-Tec, Morley; Gent experience beneficial (training provided)
Familiarity with access control, door entry, IP/analogue CCTV systems, and DualCom monitoring
Understanding of NSI codes of practice, and current industry standards (EN50131, PD6662, DD243, BS4737, BS8243)
Maintenance of emergency lighting systems

Working Hours & Additional Info
Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
1 in 6 weeks on-call rota (with additional paid overtime)
Role involves working at height and can be physically demanding
Flexibility required to travel across Kent, London, and Southeast areas
